Chief Executive Officer
Cameron Domangue is an accomplished healthcare executive with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and innovation across healthcare organizations. As Chief Executive Officer of Clay Consulting, LLC, Cameron leads with a clear focus on aligning strategy, technology, and execution to deliver transformative results for clients in an evolving industry landscape. Throughout his career, Cameron has earned a reputation for building high-performing teams, streamlining complex operations, and fostering partnerships that create sustainable impact. His leadership has been instrumental in helping clients navigate regulatory challenges, implement scalable processes, and achieve measurable performance improvements. Under his guidance, Clay Consulting has become known for its hands-on, results-oriented approach to healthcare solutions. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Cameron now resides in the Greater Houston area with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Jameson Turner
Chief Operating Officer
Jameson Turner has been COO at Clay Consulting, LLC since April 2022. Prior to joining Clay Consulting, Jameson started his career in the oil and gas industry with Chevron as a field drilling and completion engineer. He graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering ‘17 and a Master of Financial Management ‘18. Outside of work, Jameson enjoys spending time with his family, bird hunting, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and being on the lake.
Brandon Frey
Vice President of Finance
Brandon Frey serves as Vice President of Finance, bringing broad leadership experience across multiple industries and a proven track record in strategic financial management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in finance from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys bird hunting and spending time with his family.
Rachel Harper
Director, Provider Development
Rachel Harper has over a decade of experience in the federal contract space, with an emphasis on VA disability assessments and Reservist readiness exams. Her primary focus is strategic training development for providers, which enables a higher volume of Veterans to be served through her organization. It is Rachel’s passion to assist our Veterans in obtaining their hard-earned benefits. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and son, visiting National Parks, hiking, and cooking.
Justin Harper
Director, Provider Network
Justin Harper, the Director of Provider Network, is a recent addition to the Clay Consulting Team. Justin has more than ten years of experience with VA contracts, specifically Veteran disability assessments. It is Justin's honor to assist our Veterans and Service Members in obtaining their well-deserved benefits in a timely manor. In his free time, Justin enjoys the arts, nature, and quality time with his friends and family.
